Used Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione For Sale

To find your limited production Italian exotic, view our exclusive listings of the Alfa Romeo 8C for sale today.

In 2007, the company released its production version of their much anticipated 8C Competizione sports car. Designed as a limited-production front-engine coupe, the 8C takes its design inspiration from the Alfas of the 1950s and ‘60s, as well as the 1948 6C 2500 Competizione. Powered by a 444 hp, 4.7-liter V8 coupled with a six-speed semi-automatic gearbox, the 8C accelerates from 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds and on to a top speed of 181 mph.

The carbon fiber body of the 8C combines unrestricted aesthetic design with modern carbon fiber technology to create a timeless and lightweight sports car. Paint options for the 2007 production version of the 8C were available in standard Red or Black, special options of Pearl Yellow and Competizione Red, or custom paint upon request by the special color sample. Production of the 2007 coupe continued to 2009 in a limited run of 500 units.

In 2008, the 8C Spider emerged in its production garb at the Geneva Motor Show, inspired by the coupe and set to be available in early 2009. In the course of its short production run, only 500 units were built through 2010 featuring much of the coupe’s technology, including the Brembo carbon ceramic brakes that have attracted much praise from critics. With an electronically-controlled fabric roof and carbon fiber windshield frame, the 8C spider maintains a low weight, centered with a near 50/50 distribution.
