When the Austin division of the British Motor Corporation merged with the Donald Healey Motor Company in 1952, the Austin-Healey for sale  marque was born. Four different models were created and produced during their 20 year contract: the 100, 100-6, 3000, and the Sprite. Rumors swirled around 2005 of a revival in the form of a concept, though no moves have been made to bring the Austin-Healey for sale Project Tempest to life.
