Our vehicle was owned by an active club member in the Lagonda Club for over 20 years. The car is very well known in the scene.

Technically several things were improved on the car. So the Lagonda has a synchronized G10 4-speed gearbox, a modified air filter, which provides better thermals in the engine compartment. The original air filter is still present.

In 2004-2010, an engine overhaul took place. The crankshaft of the engine was made at the company Mdijerink in Enschede.
In 2005 the oil lubrication system was modified.
In 2010 both cylinder heads were overhauled.
The front axle and the rear axle were repaired.


The Lagonda was ordered on 17.05.1938 and finally delivered on 15.07.1938.
Every owner of the car is known from the day of the first delivery in UK Welwynherts, Hertfordshire (near London) to Mr. L. Rose.

3rd owner in England Huskinson (1957)


4th owner in England S. Courtauld (1963)


5th owner W.L.D. Player from Scotland, who went to Rhodesia as a civil servant, where the car was restored by Englishmen in 1972. He was murdered in 1980. The brother took the car to Scotland without driving it and then transferred it to his son.


6th owner is the present owner (2000).

He took over the car with 60.920mls in 2000 and drove about 43.000mls with it.
