The Range Rover Sport for sale has come a long way since its release in 2005 as the little brother. This year it’s returned, bigger and with more technology than ever, bringing the new Sport much closer to its big brother. While we are excited, it’s somewhat confusing to tell them apart. You get the same engine, assuming you choose the supercharged V-8 option and the same cutting-edge technology wrapped around an aluminum body. You get the same Terrain Response® 2 system, Active Cornering and Positive Torque systems, towing capabilities and many other features Land Rover prides itself on. But, the same aspects that made the Sport a huge hit for sales in the first place are still present. It’s lighter, more maneuverable, quicker and at a more comprehensible price than its big brother. And, unlike the larger Rover, you have the option of downsizing your engine to a smaller LR-V-6 without sacrificing the Autobiography trim. Of course, we prefer the old “go big or go home” theory, so while some may choose the V-6, we’ll stick to the 510 horsepower monster.
