The fully-coordinated and sleek roadster has a LT1 V8, four-wheel disc brakes, and a fully independent sports suspension. So this low-mileage build is the ideal one for enjoying on the road and taking home plenty of trophies! Those who know the Boydster really know this is something special. It comes from the time when Chip Foose was an employee of Boyd Coddington, and he was influencing the designs. In fact, it was one of the builds done while Chip worked for Boyd. So when you have two of the most respected names in hot rods come together, you get something this special. These were the sleekest of the '32 Ford around with zero interference from items like handles to get in the way of the smooth-flowing presentation. The Fly Yellow, painted by Roy Pigford of California, looks like it could practically glow in the dark, and with only 2,500 miles on the whole build, it retains a vibrant look you're going to love. There's even a hand-painted triple pinstripe to highlight the best curves of this custom classic. The long hood, rake of the windshield, and aggressively staggered 15/17-inch Boyd Coddington wheels are all part of a package that instantly lets you know this one was really built for speed! The Boydster was such a detailed design that even the cut of the doors added to the seductive lines. Plus, this suicide setup just drives home how custom and cool the build is. When you close them, the rolled tops integrate into the body to gives this a smooth look even in the details. Inside is a tasteful and comfortable tan leather interior by the master Gabe Lopez of Gabe's Street Rod Customs. The custom door panels flow almost seamlessly across the sides, and the bench seat has individual bolstering for bucker-like comfort. It's a thoughtful presentation, right down to the piping on the tweed carpeting that matches the rest of the upholstery. The interior continues this ultra-smooth feeling with a dash that flows right into the doors, and the buttons are hidden below this dash for a minimalist and sleek look. It's all about a thoughtful build that makes sure it looks exceptionally clean and everyone gets a clear view of its quality! Just like the rest of this build, the engine bay is an award-worthy and very uniform presentation. Nearly everything is either polished or finished in an exterior-matching yellow. It's so detailed within the smooth engine bay that even the cover carried the mark of the award-winning builder Roy Pigford. More than just look great, this is modern hot rod has fuel-injected Chevy LT1 power. This V8 sounds terrific as the headers feed a full mandrel bent stainless exhaust system.
